Recipe Ingredients for Meatless burrito

1 hot pepper
2 cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
1 tsp salsa
1 tbsp enchilada sauce
1 cup steamed white rice
2 white flour tortillas
1/4 cup shredded mexican blend cheeses
1/4 cups shredded lettuce

Recipe Directions for Meatless burrito

  1. Use chipotle pepper. Cook with the carnitas.

  2. Chop up other ingredients.

  3. Warm tortilla in a hot non stick pan.

  4. Assemble.
