Recipe Ingredients for Meatless Breakfast Casserole

2 slices bread
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatless Breakfast Casserole

  1. Remove the crust from the bread and cut into 1" cubes. Place in a greased 8" square baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle cheese over bread cubes.

  3. In bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over cheese and bread.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
