Recipe Ingredients for Meatless Borscht

16 oz
16 g
8 oz water
1/2 c potato
1/4 c celery
1/4 c onion
1/4 c carrot
8 oz cabbage
1/2 c mushroom
1/2 tsp
1/16 tsp salt
1 tbsp
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Meatless Borscht

  1. chop vegs

  2. boil water with soup secrets, potatoes, salt to taste.

  3. saute vegs (besides cabbage and potatoes) in olive oil

  4. add to pot

  5. add v8

  6. after potatoes are almost cooked, add cabbage

  7. let simmer until cabbage is cooked

  8. eat without burning tongue
