250 g Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin

250 g Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
200 ml Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
4 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
30 grams Onions
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 clove Garlic
200 ml water

Recipe Directions for Meatballs with sauce

  1. Make the meatballs

  2. Chop the onion and garlic and put them in a pan with a tbsp oil

  3. Add tomato sauce and meatballs

  4. Boil and enjoy
