Makes 10 servings



Crush first 5 ingredients in food processor. Remove to bowl. Finely mince next 4 ingredients using food processor. Mix with ground beef. Then add dry ingredients. Add egg and salt. Form meatloaf or meat balls. Bake at 350 until done.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

6 oz. seasoned croutons
1/2 t. ground pepper
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. chili powder
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 t. kosher salt
1 egg
