Lean ground beef meatballs with seasoned bread crumbs and spices.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Onion Recipe Soup Mix
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Combine meat, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, egg and italian seasoning salt and pepper in a bowl with hands.

  2. Form into 24 meatballs.

  3. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes or until brown.

  4. Serve over noodles with sauce or gravy.
