Meatballs for spaghetti or for mashed potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

14 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with salt & pepper to taste, and form into 8 smallish meatballs. Brown in a pan then drain. Add to pasta sauce and simmer for 30 minutes, or add to 32 oz. of beef broth with tomato paste and seasoning and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over pasta, or mashes potatoes for the soup.
