Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly with your hands until consistency is smooth.

  2. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Add to gravy at about 1 1/2 hours into cooking, and cook for at least 1 hour.
