Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

17.92 oz Pork
0.6 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 large Egg, White
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.45 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Chop vegetables and mush into meat with your hands. Add egg and breadcrumbs and continue to mush until combined. Wash hands and pour flour into a dish.

  2. Heat up a frying pan on medium. Roll meat into 1.5" balls and coat each in flour before transferring to pan. Cook, turning occasionally until brown and outside is dry.
