Pork, Veal and chicken meatballs.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground chicken
1 lb ground veal
1/4 c egg beater
2 c italian breadcrumbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 c parsley flakes

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix bread crumbs, milk, egg beaters and spices together.

  2. In a seperate mix the 3 meats together. Combine both bowl into one. Rolls golfball size meatballs and place on a baking sheet sprayed with EVOO.

  3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

  4. 3 meatballs is one serving.
