1 cup Crackers, Standard Snack-type, Regular
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Pepper, Black
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Oregano, Ground
1 tbs. Parsley
2 large Egg, Whole
1 pound Beef, Top Sirloin
1 cup Crackers, Standard Snack-type, Regular
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Pepper, Black
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Oregano, Ground
1 tbs. Parsley
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Directions

  3. Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  5. Mash with your hands (or a large fork) thoroughly.

  6. 3.

  7. Measure and Roll into tablespoon size balls and place on a baking pan.

  8. 4.

  9. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.

  10. 5.

  11. Cut a meatball in half to make sure it isn't pink.

  12. 6.

  13. Put meatballs into your favorite pasta sauce or into a homemade soup.
