Meatballs that can be baked, fried or grilled. Homestyle.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

125 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
125 grams Ground Pork, Fresh
1 medium Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
1 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
10 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. 1. Chop the onion into small pieces.

  2. 2. Beat the egg until homogenous. If you so desire, add some parsley the same way.

  3. 3. Mix onion, egg and minced meat.

  4. 4. Grab 1 slice of bread, soften it in water, then squeeze it between your hands to strain the water out. Crumble it, and add it to the mix.

  5. 5. Knead the mix until homogenous, then shape into meatballs.

  6. 6. Place them on a baking tray; add 1 cup of water, some olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano.

  7. 7. Bake.

  8. 8.Serve!
