Moist meatballs that taste great! (Makes 20-25 balls, depending on size)

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs I

1 serving Naudan Paistiauheliha (Ground Beef) 10%
1 serving Flora Food Cream 4%
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 serving Pirkka Bread Crumbs
1 serving Knorr Onion Soup Mix
3 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Pepper, White

Recipe Directions for Meatballs I

  1. Preheat oven to 225 C (400 F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients (including garlic, minced) in a large bowl. add egg, food cream, and meat. Mix together by hand.

  3. Pull off pieces of meat mixture and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet. Continue until all meat is used.

  4. Bake for 35-45 mins (larger balls means longer time!)
