Italian Meatballs w/ oatmeal in lieu of bread crumbs

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 cup skim milk
16 oz Ground Beef - 85% lean
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 serving Oregano Powder
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 minutes (longer depending on size of meatballs.)
