Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
70 g romano cheese, grated
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Shape into 1.5 inch balls, by hand or with a meatball maker.

  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Eat on their own, or add to spaghetti sauce
