approximately 3 meatballs per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
2 tsp parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix milk with bread crumbs; set aside to soak up milk.

  2. Add hamburger, egg, parsley, parmesan and salt.

  3. Mix all together until well blended.

  4. Scoop 2 tsp of meat mixture into your hand and roll into ball.

  5. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

  6. (optional) coat meatballs in extra breadcrumbs.
