Southern-style Italian meatballs like Nana used to make

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 T. water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 T. chopped parsley
3 T. grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350F. Add breadcrumbs & water to large bowl. Add other ingredients and mix gently until well-combined (do not over-mix). Use an ice cream scoop to portion out mixture and roll into 9 meatballs. Place in a glass baking dish and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until inside is no longer pink.
