Just a basic meatball for meatball subs and such.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage, pork
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Toss everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands until everything is all incorporated.

  2. Pinch off a little at a time and roll into balls.

  3. Sear in a large frying pan (the 14" pan), draining off the excess fat from time to time to get a nice crust. Place on a bed of paper towels and freeze until ready to use.
