Meatballs made with Ground lean beef & Turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

2 1/4 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix meat with dry ingredients.

  2. Add egg, and blend together well.

  3. Roll into meatballs (makes 30 -32 large).

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, longer if you like a crusty outside and add into your favorite sauce.
