Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

2 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 c. breadcrumbs
2 egg
2 tbs. milk
2 tbs. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbs. mustard

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, salt pepper and eggs with a little milk.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Form meat mixture into balls and brown in oil

  4. Remove meatballs. Drain oil. Add ketchup, water, mustard to pan and bring to boil. Return meatballs to pan and simmer until hot.

  5. Serve over rice.
