Meatballs in white wine creamy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

2 lb 96% lean ground beef
8 oz mushrooms
2 1/2 cups cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup half and half
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. chop mushrooms and onions, add to meat. Form 16 balls and brown in frying pan.

  2. After meat has browned, add wine and reduce by half. Add half and half, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and cornstarch, bring to boil- reduce to desired consistency.
