Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Shape using hands and a small spoon (not a soup spoon).

  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to desired doneness, or broil for faster cooking method (though it will be easier to produce a dry product).
