Meatballs and Zucchini. Delicious

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1 large zucchini
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons white rice

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Use a food processor to combine the zucchini, onion, parsley and dill.

  2. Combine the ground beef and zucchini mixture.

  3. Add the spices to the mixture.

  4. Form into meatballs using 2 teaspoons.

  5. Cook with favorite tomatoe sauce.
