Meatballs can be eaten alone or with spaghetti sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c parmesean cheese
2 T parsley
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 c nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Mix beef, cheese, garlic, eggs, salt & pepper.

  2. Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix.

  3. Mix remaining bread crumbs with milk to form a paste.

  4. Add to meat mixture.

  5. Form into 8 equal meatballs.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.

  7. Internal temp of meatballs should be 160 degrees.
