Mix all the ingredients, form into oz size balls. Brown in a skillet and toss in your favorite spaghetti sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon dry oregano
3 ounces croutons
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
1/2 carrot, peeled and broken
2 cloves garlic
18 ounces ground beef
1 teaspoons kosher salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. Put all the vegetables in a food processer, chop until fine.

  2. Mix the croutons and spices, blend until fine.

  3. Mix all the ingredients until well mixed.

  4. Form into 1 oz balls, bake or pan fry until internal temp is 160f.
