Italian style meatballs baked in oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

8 oz Beef
8 ounces Ground Pork
227 3/10 grams Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 clove Garlic
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

combine breadcrumbs and milk together and set aside. combine meat, slightly beaten egg, garlic, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and bread crumb mixture and mix until just combined. Wet hands and shape into golf ball sized meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet greased with olive oil. Bake in over at 350 degrees for 10 mins, flips meatballs over and bake an additional 8 minutes.
