Makes 6 servings



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with foil. Place a rack on the sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

46 1/5 grams Bulgur, Dry
8 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 medium White Onion
3 clove Garlic
2 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
2 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

  1. combine bulgur wheat and water, cover, allow to sit 30 min.

  2. combine everything and mix well.

  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs bake 25 minutes on a rack.

  4. Blot well with paper.
