great in spaghetti or in barbecue sauce for sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs

4 pounds beef, 85 percent lean, 15 percent fat
4 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup saltine crackers
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. white pepper, ground
3/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Meatballs

mix all ingredients. roll into balls and bake in a 400 degree oven for 6-7 minutes. cool and store. I usually get four quart-sized bags of meatballs.
