Meatballs 3/4-1" in diameter for use in spaghetti sauce. Serves 6, about 14 meatballs per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs by Mitzi

3 Eggs
1 lb beef, Ground Round
1 cup Bread Crumbs, Plain
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 cup sauce, Tomato

Recipe Directions for Meatballs by Mitzi

  1. Blend eggs, meat, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese, by hand, until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Roll enough of the meat mixture between your palms into 3/4" to 1" diameter balls

  3. Place the rolled balls in an oven safe 9"x12"x1 1/2" dish.

  4. Bake at 350F until brown, revolving the balls occasionally.

  5. Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer on low flame 45min.
