Small meatballs for spaghetti and meatballs

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs - mini

1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 chopped red pepper
1 salt and pepper
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic
1 raw egg
2 slices rye bread (soaked in water the drained and mushed)

Recipe Directions for Meatballs - mini

  1. sautee onions, peppers in olive oil then mix all ingredients together and roll into small (1/2 inch) meatbals.

  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes being sure to roll the pan a few times so the meatballs don't stick to the pan.
