900 grams 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4 g Cumin Powder
1 large Egg, Whole
2 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Paprika
1 large raw Zucchini
150 grams Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 tbsp Tomato Paste
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for meatballs in italian veggie sauce

mix groundbeef, egg, oatmeal, black pepper, cumin and paprika. brown them up with onion and carrots (no oil needed). Then, add water and tomatoe paste. Simmer for 12 minutes.Add zucchini and mushrooms and simmer for additional 3 or minutes and serve.
