Another tasty meatball recipe. (Makes 20-25 balls)

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs II

1 serving Naudan Paistiauheliha (Ground Beef) 10%
0.25 serving Pirkka Bread Crumbs
1 serving Knorr Onion Soup Mix
3 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Meatballs II

  1. Preheat oven to 225 C (400 F). Line baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mince and add garlic. Add meat and mix with hands until all bread crumbs are mixed well with the meat.

  3. Take about 1 inch chucks at a time and roll into balls and place on baking tray. Continue until all meat is used up.

  4. Bake 35-45 mins, checking every now and again to prevent burning. (Remember, larger balls means longer time, smaller balls means less time!)
