Prepares 12-14 meatballs. Serving size is 3 meatballs. Yields 4 - 5 servings. To prepare 24-28 meatballs, double eggs, ground beef and parsley and garlic powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs Homemade

16 oz raw Beef Ground
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/8 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
6 teaspoon Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Meatballs Homemade

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix ground beef, egg, parsley and garlic powder. Mix all ingredients well.

  3. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to the mixture, mix in well.

  4. Taking small portions at a time, roll into 1.5 inch balls.

  5. Place on Pam sprayed broiling pan and Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and the broiling pan and allow to cool.

  7. can serve warm with favorite pasta and sauce or gravy.

  8. Can also freeze.
