Veggie mixed meatballs, baked in oven

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs - homemade, healthy

16 oz ground beef
20 g leek
20 g celery
20 g carrot
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tomato
6 slice cheddar
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Meatballs - homemade, healthy

  1. Mix all ingredients except for tomato, oil and cheddar

  2. Make balls, place on oiled pan for oven

  3. Chop tomato and spread between meatballs

  4. Bake in oven 375 F for an hour or longer under tinfoil

  5. When 10 minutes remain, take off tinfoil, lay cheese slices over meatballs

  6. Bake until done
