Meatballs w/lean beef and pork and flaxseed.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatballs (3Mar)

3.44 lb ground beef, lean
1 lb pork
214 g better 'n eggs
304 g onion, diced
82 g bread crumbs, dry
75 g corn flakes, crushed
50 g flaxseed
1/5 c extra virgin olive oil
1/3 c dry red wine
13 g parsley, dry
13 g basil
5 g oregano, dry
11 g garlic powder
6 g rosemary, dry
57 g parmesan romano cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Meatballs (3Mar)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a very large bowl and mix it up with your hands.

  3. Roll meat in balls, slightly larger than 1" dia. and place on baking sheets.

  4. Cook in the oven for 30 min.

  5. Freeze in freezer proof container to use when needed for sandwiches or spaghetti.
