I use Meatballs bought from Sam's Club, "Casa DI BERTACHHI Authentic Italian Style Beef Meatballs." Since the nutrition label can't be found on this website, the meatballs nutrition info is listed separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatball Stew

2 pounds french beans
30 oz cabbages
18 oz Portabella mushrooms
4 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup cooking wine
3 oz green onion
2 oz ginger

Recipe Directions for Meatball Stew

  1. Add the EVOO into the pod. When the oil is warm, add the meatballs.

  2. When the meatballs are somewhat golden brown, stir in green onion and ginger. When the arouma is out, add the cooking wine and soy sauce.

  3. Add the cabbages and cook for 20 min.

  4. Then add the mushrooms. Until mushrooms are reduced in size significantly, add french beans and cook for another 15 min.
