Recipe Ingredients for Meatball Sandwiches

1 roll Soft Hoagie Rolls with Sesame Seeds
50 grams Ground Beef - 85% lean
57 grams Pork Sausage
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup Home Style Pasta Sauce
1.5 slice Pre Sliced Havarti Cheese
1 grams Oregano
0.4 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 grams Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
0.3 clove Garlic
0.2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Meatball Sandwiches

  1. combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onions finely chopped, minced garlic, oregano and parsley, worcestershire sauce. Make the meatballs.

  2. Preheat oven 450 F

  3. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until done.

  4. Heat sauce over low heat for 30 minutes to get rid of the canned flavour.

  5. Put 2 meatballs in the bun pour sauce over them and add the slice of cheese. Put them back in the oven until the cheese melts.

  6. Enjoy!!
