Recipe Ingredients for Meatball, Pea & Feta Frittata

6 eggs
5 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
66 g feta cheese, crumbled
77 g beef meatballs, crumbled
45 g turkey ham, cut into small pieces or thin strips
102 g peas
66 g tomato, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1/6 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatball, Pea & Feta Frittata

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, adding 2 tbsp of the parmesan.

  2. Add all the other ingredients except olive oil, mixing well. Preheat oven at 350F/180C.

  3. Grease a deep baking pan with the olive oil.

  4. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle remaining 3 tbsp parmesan over the frittata and bake for another 10 minutes.

  6. Leave 5 minutes to stand before cutting. Serve hot!
