Recipe Ingredients for Meat Sauce (lean beef) for Pasta

16 oz lean ground beef
1 cup onion
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup celery
3 1/2 cups ground tomatoes
3 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Meat Sauce (lean beef) for Pasta

  1. In a wok, brown ground beef, draining off any grease.

  2. Chop vegetables and add to beef.

  3. Add tomatoes, spices and water.

  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
