Tastes great, use any mix of meat and veggies you'd like, just make sure you get a low calorie/lower sugar honey mustard sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Meat & Rice Bowl

1 serving Turkey Sausage
1/2 cup Organics Long Grain Brown Rice
6 large baby carrots
1/2 cup broccoli florets
4 spear,+large+7-1/4"+to+8-1/2" Asparagus
1/4 cup sweet corn
2 cloves garlic
6 medium mushrooms
1 serving M&M Honey Garlic
1 tsp sriracha

Recipe Directions for Meat & Rice Bowl

  1. Slice already cooked turkey sausage (or other meat) put into medium hot pan to allow it to start crisping on the edges

  2. Add veggies and allow everything to cook for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add already cooked rice

  4. Add frozen corn (if using frozen like I did)

  5. When everything has achieved desired tenderness top with sriracha and honey mustard
