Simple casserole even the kids will eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Meat and Potato Casserole

4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed: Simply potatoes southwestern style is perfect.)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 oz. brown gravy mix
1 cup water
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz onions (French's fried onions)

Recipe Directions for Meat and Potato Casserole

  1. Press thawed potatoes at the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

  2. Brown meat.

  3. add gravy mix and water; mix until dissolved

  4. add veggies to meat mixture with 1/2 c cheese and 1/3 of onions

  5. add to potatoes

  6. cover with remaining cheese and onions

  7. bake for 35 minutes.
