1 tortilla 8" Premium Flour tortilla 8ct
0.5 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.25 oz Co Jack Chunk Cheese
0.125 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 tbsp Peeled Green Chiles

Recipe Directions for Meat and Potato Burrito

  1. Place ground beef, potato, and diced green chile (onion optional) in a skillet, add a cup of water (to ensure it does not stick) and let simmer until it is almost like a hash.

  2. Spoonful of burrito mix with cheese on flour tortilla and roll up a burrito
