Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf

2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients in a metal mixing bowl.

  2. Then mix together with your hands until well mixed.

  3. Then bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

  4. Check to see if it's done.
