Recipe Ingredients for meat loaf

2 pounds lean hamburger
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup oats

Recipe Directions for meat loaf

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl mix al ingedients together with salt and pepper to taste. Form into a log and place in a loaf pan. Bake, uncovered 375 degrees for 50 minutes. cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
