My grandma's famous meatloaf! The original recipe used ground veal, pork and beef, 1 lb each, 3 lb of beef works great.

Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf

1360 9/10 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup French Onion Soup
1 large Egg, Whole
30 crackers Club Reduced Fat
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf

  1. Combine all ingredients - 3lb meat, 1.5 sleeve club crackers, 1 can french onion soup, 1 egg.

  2. Separate into individual loaves using a muffin tin

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 min

  4. If baking a loaf bake for 45-50 min at 375
