Recipe Ingredients for meat loaf

4 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Pork Sausage
3 large Egg, Whole
1 large Onions
6 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
12 tsp Garlic Powder
6 serving Cache valley sliced colby
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched

Recipe Directions for meat loaf

  1. pre heat oven at 400*

  2. combine everything but the cheese thoroughly.

  3. form into loaf pan (i usually use 2 loaf pans to account for the grease)

  4. bake for an hour with tin foil on top

  5. drain grease

  6. bake for another 30 min (or until done may take an hour)

  7. place cheese on top after drained again to melt
