Recipe Ingredients for Meat loaf

16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
19 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 medium Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 serving quick cooking oven toasted oats
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 onion Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal

Recipe Directions for Meat loaf

  1. mince carrot celery and onion

  2. mix all ingredients together

  3. divide in half

  4. form into 2 loaves

  5. refrigerate 2 hours

  6. bake in 350* 40 min or until temperature is good
