Recipe Ingredients for Meat, Meat Loaf

2 pounds beef chuck, ground ( beef, veal, pork )
1/2 cup crackers, Kroger Wheat crushed
1 ounce onion soup mix
1 T worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided

Recipe Directions for Meat, Meat Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce, and pack firmly into 9x5x3 loaf pan.

  3. Invert in shallow pan; remove loaf pan.

  4. Pour remaining BBQ sauce over the top.

  5. Bake a 350 for 1 - 1 1/4 hours.

  6. Allow to stand a few minutes before slicing.
