Simple main corse, high in protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 whole egg
1 cup oats
1/2 med onion(diced)
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup catsup

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf

  1. place first 6 ingredients into mixing bowl, mix completely.

  2. Form into a loaf place in baking dish, spread catsup over top, bake at 400 for 30-40 min. until enternal temp reaches 165. Let cool 5 min, slice and serve.
