Recipe Ingredients for Meat Loaf

3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef

Recipe Directions for Meat Loaf

  1. Mix the first nin ingredients. Add vegetables and ground meat. Mix well.

  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pack meat mixture in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour.
